SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Lockdown 3 Shipping/Returns Policy:
With the store currently closed, we are only picking and packing 2-3 days a week depending on order volume. This means your order can take up to 4 days to ship depending on when it was placed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately our website doesn't generate enough volume to warrant daily posting.
Please do not get in touch unless for information regarding delays until 7 days after you have received your shipping email. We understand delays are frustrating but rest assured, you will receive your order.
Should you wish to return an item, please do not send it to our store, there is no one there to receive it. Please send it to the following address:

Please do not forget to include your returns form and let us know wether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
Regular Shipping Policy (when open):
We aim to pick and pack all orders on the day they are placed. They are then dropped to Royal Mail's sorting office the following working day (please note: sorting offices are closed Wednesdays and Sundays). We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked* service to ship all UK parcels and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service for International parcels.
We are still finding some orders are taking longer than the 48 hour Royal Mail aim, so please be patient if you haven't received your order as quickly as you expect. Please only contact us if your order has taken longer than 7 days as we are working with reduced staffing and our work load has increased.
If you have placed an order and mistakenly opted for collection but would like delivery, please use the link below to purchase shipping and contact us to let us know.
*We will occasionally book with an alternative courier, always with a tracked service.
We hope you are happy with your purchase from our store, however if you are not, please see our returns policy below.
You have 14 days to return any unwanted items to us for a refund, exchange or credit. The items must be unworn, with all their original labels attached and in their packaging where applicable. Shoes boxes must be returned double boxed, we will not accept shoes returned where their own box is used for shipping.

We can not accept any returns of the following products: cosmetics, grooming, underwear and swimwear.
The cost of returning items to us is your own, we recommend sending recorded and insured. Any original postage costs will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
