Please note: due to the COVID-19 outbreak, shipping times may take a little longer than expected. We will do everything we can to make sure we use the fastest and most reliable service on offer at the time of shipping.

At the moment we are picking, packing and shipping orders 3-4 days a week. This means your order should be shipped the next day at latest. We have found so far that courier services are taking longer than quoted so please bear with us at this time.

UK orders will be shipped using a Hermes 3 day trackable service.

EU orders will be shipped using a Parcelforce 3-5 day trackable service.

Currently tracking information isn't automatically assigned to each order, we are looking at how to fix this. However, if you are concerned that your order is taking too long, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to provide all shipping details.

 

RETURNS

***With the store currently closed, please get in touch with us before returning any items as we may need you to send the parcel somewhere else. Refer to the advice on your packing slip, and if you're still unsure, drop us an email***

We hope you are happy with your purchase from our store, however if you are not, please see our returns policy below.

You have 14 days to return any unwanted items to us for a refund, exchange or credit. The items must be unworn, with all their original labels attached and in their packaging where applicable.

We can not accept any returns of the following products: cosmetics, grooming, underwear and swimwear.

The cost of returning items to us is your own, we recommend sending recorded and insured. Any original postage costs will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
