CHRISTMAS RETURNS 2025
We have extended our returns policy to allow customers to return goods purchased between Friday 7th November - 15th December 2025 as late as Monday 12th January 2026.
This extension provides our customers with up to 65 days to return items purchased during this time.
After the 15th December, our usual returns period of 28 days supersedes the January extension date meaning, customers can return items anytime within 28 days from their specific purchase date. This is applicable to both in-store and online purchases.
Key Dates
- Friday 7th November 2025 - Christmas extended returns period commences
- Monday 12th January 2026 - Final day of extended returns period
- Monday 15th December 2025 - Usual 28 day returns period begins to supersede the Christmas extension
- Extension period provides 18 days after Christmas Day to return items (unless purchased after 15th December (see bullet above)

STANDARD CURATED GOODS RETURNS POLICY
- In-store purchases are granted 28 days for returns.
- Online purchases are granted 14 days for returns.
For IN-STORE purchases:
You can return any unwanted items to us by post or by hand to exchange for an alternative item or be issued a gift card to the value of your returned item(s).
If returning by post, please make sure you include your receipt details, including the name and email of the buyer, but most importantly the receipt number which can be found at the top of the receipt.
Once received, we can issue a gift voucher that can be used with us in-store. This voucher will be issued to the original purchaser by email. This email can then be forwarded on should you wish the credit to be used by someone else.
We cannot issue refunds on any in-store purchases at this time.
For ONLINE purchases:
Please feel free to send any unwanted items back to us at our Men’s shop address below where we will process your return in due course.
Make sure you fill out the returns form indicating if you would like an exchange, store credit or a refund applied to the original payment method.
You are also welcome to deliver the return to us by hand during our opening hours to either of our stores.

Please note: all returns are subject to our usual returns policy and must be returned in good condition and with all original tags/labels. We withhold the right to refuse the return of any goods returned to us in an unsalable condition.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Regular Shipping Policy (when open):
We aim to pick and pack all orders on the day they are placed. They are then dropped to Royal Mail's sorting office the following working day (please note: sorting offices are closed Wednesdays and Sundays). We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked* service to ship all UK parcels and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service for International parcels.
We are still finding some orders are taking longer than the 48 hour Royal Mail aim, so please be patient if you haven't received your order as quickly as you expect. Please only contact us if your order has taken longer than 7 days as we are working with reduced staffing and our work load has increased.
If you have placed an order and mistakenly opted for collection but would like delivery, please use the link below to purchase shipping and contact us to let us know.
*We will occasionally book with an alternative courier, always with a tracked service.
Next Day Delivery
To receive next day delivery for a fee of £11.05, orders must be placed by 3pm.
RETURNS (ONLINE PURCHASES)
We hope you are happy with your purchase from our store, however if you are not, please see our returns policy below.
You have 14 days to return any unwanted items to us for a refund, exchange or credit. The items must be unworn, with all their original labels attached and in their packaging where applicable. Shoes boxes must be returned double boxed, we will not accept shoes returned where their own box is used for shipping.

We can not accept any returns of the following products: cosmetics, grooming, underwear and swimwear.
The cost of returning items to us is your own, we recommend sending recorded and insured. Any original postage costs will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
