Returns period extension:

Following the latest lockdown announcement and our subsequent closure, we have chosen to further extend our returns period for Christmas gifts.

The new cut-off date for Christmas exchanges is Sunday 24th January.

This applies to both in-store and online purchases.


For IN-STORE purchases:

You can return any unwanted items to us by post or by hand on a day we are in for Click & Collect. Currently, these are Wednesdays and Saturdays between 12 and 3pm*. 

If returning by post, please make sure you include your receipt details, including the name and email of the buyer, but most importantly the receipt number which can be found at the top of the receipt.

Once received, we can issue a credit to an account to use with us in-store when we re-open. 

This can be applied directly to the original account of the purchaser or added to a new account of your choosing should the item have been a gift. If you’d like us to apply the credit to a new account, please let us know and provide the full name and email of the account you’d like us to create/apply to.

If you are returning in person, we can exchange your item at the door in line with government guidelines. We can offer size/fit advice however, please know that you are not permitted to try items on at all.


For ONLINE purchases:

Please feel free to send any unwanted items back to us at our Men’s shop address below where we will process your return in due course.

Make sure you fill out the returns form indicating if you would like an exchange, store credit or a refund applied to the original payment method.

You are also welcome to deliver the return to us by hand on a day we are in for Click & Collect. Currently these are Wednesdays and Saturdays between 12 and 3pm*.
